Are these physical invitations?
No. ZestyPixelDesigns invitations are digital products sold through Etsy. Nothing is posted to you. You receive access to the editable template and download the finished invitation yourself.
What happens after I buy an invitation?
Your Etsy purchase includes the download or instructions needed to access the Canva template. Open the template, personalise the party details, then download the finished design. The individual Etsy listing explains exactly what is included.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. ZestyPixelDesigns templates are designed to be edited with a free Canva account unless an individual Etsy listing clearly says otherwise.
What can I edit?
Names, dates, times, venues and RSVP details are normally editable. Some designs allow additional changes too. Check the individual Etsy listing for the exact editable features of that design.
What sizes are included?
Many current invitations include A6, 5 × 7 inch and a 1080 × 1920 phone format. The exact formats are shown on each Etsy listing, so check your chosen design before purchasing.
Can I edit an invitation on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Canva works on phones and tablets as well as computers. For larger or more detailed edits, a laptop or desktop can be easier to use.
Can I send the invitation digitally?
Yes. Where a phone format is included, it is designed for easy sharing by message, WhatsApp or email. You can also download other formats from Canva and share them digitally.
Can I print the invitation?
Yes. Download your finished design from Canva and print it at home or through a local or online print service. For the best result, use the print size supplied with the listing rather than resizing the phone version.
Can I change the wording or birthday age?
In most designs the main party wording, child’s name, age and event details are editable. Exact editing options can vary by design, so the Etsy listing is the final guide for that invitation.
What if I notice a mistake after downloading?
Open the Canva template again, correct the text and download a new copy. You do not need to start the design from scratch.
What if I need help with my template?
Send a message through Etsy with the name of the invitation you purchased and a short description of the problem. Keeping support inside Etsy makes it easier to match your message to the correct order.
How do the guest certificate makers work?
Where an Etsy product includes a Zesty Pixel certificate maker, the purchase instructions provide access to it. Enter the party details, paste the guest names and download the personalised certificates as a PDF. You do not need to create every guest certificate manually in Canva.
